Novinari i zvaničnici javljaju da se u centru Kijeva čuju jake eksplozije. Prema prvim informacijama čule su se najmanje dvije. Gardianova novinarka Emma Graham Harrison potvrdila je da je čula nešto što je zvučalo kao “niz glasnih eksplozija”. Austrijski ambasador u Ukrajini Olexander Scherba rekao je da je oko 4.25 ujutro čuo “dvije jake eksplozije”.

Kijev je pod raketnim napadom, objavio je Anton Geraščenko, savjetnik ukrajinske vlade.
