The president of the Movement for Changes, Nebojsa Medojevic, said that organized cigarette smuggling could not exist without the approval of the authorities.
He wrote “axioms about cigar smuggling” on his Facebook.
“There is cigarette smuggling in Montenegro. Organized smuggling cannot exist without the approval of the authorities. The top authorities approve of the smuggling because of the money they received from the smugglers. The government is smuggling”, stated Medojević.
