Those who received mandates on August 30 should urgently launch a democratic, modern, reform initiative, it was announced today from the Presidency of DEMOS. They say that the negative, increasingly risky course of the process in Montenegrin society should be stopped and reversed.
“Instead of inflation, the statements of representatives of pop politics, mainly about the defense of the people, let's try to defend citizens who are legitimately interested in their real life,” the conclusion was adopted at the session of the Presidency of DEMOS.
They say that not only is there no established functional system, but there are no indications that it is moving towards that, so it is necessary that the representatives of the parliamentary majority, who originally and institutionally express the majority will of the citizens in the August 30, 2020 elections, try to urgently stop the negative, at times a dramatic course in the development of Montenegrin society.
“The parliamentary majority needs to meet urgently and face the very complex situation in the country and in the state institutions themselves in a democratic way. The reason for a more serious initiative lies in the fact that the Government, especially some of its segments, are not able to face the country's problems, and that, according to many, the underage prime minister was elected for that position in the church, now apparently in many, even in non-church hands”, it is stated in the conclusions of the Presidency of that party.
As it is added in the announcement, that is why those who received mandates on August 30 should urgently launch a democratic, modern, reform initiative which would stop and reverse the negative, increasingly risky direction of social processes in Montenegrin society.
