Draža's admirer Bećir Vuković president of the jury for the Thirteenth of July Award, RTCG council elected

Vukovic previously wrote that Draza Mihailovic led the "Third Serbian Uprising", and is considered one of the leaders of the most extreme Greater Serbia group in the Democratic Front.

Today, the deputies of the Montenegrin Parliament elected new members of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro RTCG. The assembly also passed a law providing the return of property to its former owners in Valdanos Bay in Ulcinj and appointed a jury to award the Thirteenth of July Award, headed by Becir Vukovic.

The Assembly adopted the proposal of the list of candidates for the appointment of the RTCG Council. 47 deputies voted, 43 in favor, no votes against and four abstentions.

Bojan Baća (proposal of the University of Montenegro), Žarko Mirković (proposal of CANU), Naod Zorić (proposal of NGOs in the field of culture), Filip Lazović (proposal of the Union of Employers), Veselin Drljević (proposal of NGOs in the field of media) were elected members of the RTCG Council. Milica Špajak, Amina Murić (proposals of NGOs in the field of human rights protection), Marijana Camović Veličković (proposal of the Union of Free Trade Unions) and Predrag Marsenić (proposal of the Montenegrin Olympic and Paralympic Committee).

Also, the Assembly adopted the Draft Decision on the appointment of the President and six members of the jury for the award of the Thirteenth of July Award. 48 deputies voted, 36 for, seven against, five abstentions.

The Administrative Board previously proposed to the Assembly to appoint Bećir Vuković, an extreme supporter of Chetnik ideology, as president, and Dragan Koprivica, Isidora Damjanović, Mileta Marko Ivanović, Milena Burić, Goran Batrićević and Miomir Vojinović as members.

Vukovic's proposal for the president of the jury met with displeasure from the Montenegrin public because of his views on the Ravnogorski (chetnik) movement, of which he is an ardent supporter.

Vukovic wrote earlier that Draza Mihailovic led the “Third Serbian Uprising”, and is considered one of the leaders of the most extreme Greater Serbia group in the Democratic Front.

Deputies did not adopt the reports on the work of courts and prosecutor's offices for 2019 and 2020, the Judicial Council, as well as the reports on the work of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, the Agency for Protection of Competition, the Agency for Electronic Media for 2019, the Insurance Supervision Agency for 2019 and the Energy Regulatory Agency. The report on the work of the Capital Market Commission and the situation on the capital market for 2019 was not adopted either.
