Abazovic in preparation for the biggest robbery of the state of Montenegro – Russian report

Judging by the allegations of the Russian agency, Abazović agrees to include a FALSIFICATION on "historical continuity" in the preamble of the Basic Agreement, that is. that the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro has allegedly existed since 1219, the announcement states.

Dritan Abazovic, under the influence of two authoritative embassies, did not allow Zdravko Krivokapic to sign the Basic Agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC) on May 27 in Belgrade. The Deputy Prime Minister called this “defense of the interests of Montenegro” – writes the Russian Federal News Agency.

“Now Abazovic and his team have made their own changes to the new version of the document, which must be signed by the SOC and the Montenegrin government,” the pro-Serbian report, published the day before yesterday, reads: “Montenegrin politicians are trying to disrupt the signing of the SOC agreement.”

However, judging by the allegations of the Russian agency, Abazović agreed to include a FALSIFICATION on “historical continuity” in the preamble of the Basic Agreement, that is that the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro has allegedly existed since 1219.

“Specifically, this Agreement also includes a provision on the historical continuity of the Serbian Orthodox Church,” the Russian agency states.

Aleksandar Raković, close to the Patriarchate of Serbia, is quoted as reading the latest version of the Basic Agreement submitted to Serbian patriarch Porfirije-Prle Perić by Krivokapić's government, with which, according to public recognition, Abazović agrees.

“The preamble recognizes the historical continuity of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro from 1219 until today, and that is undoubted,” says Raković. “In the previous version of Krivokapić, there was no such continuity. It exists now.”

The Russian agency criticizes “opponents of this document”, but contradicts it – that they are right:

“They rely on the fact that the Serbian Orthodox Church was OFFICIALLY ESTABLISHED only in 1921, and this clause enables the adoption of the CONTINUITY OF THE AUTOCEPHALIC MONTENEGRIN ORTHODOX CHURCH, which was defined in 1905 by the Constitution of the Principality of Montenegro.”

Pore-slika-1

Although Krivokapic and Abazovic have now agreed to a key FALSIFICATION about the alleged existence of the SOC in Montenegro centuries before 1920, when it was indeed established, the Russian agency criticizes minor aspects of their version of the Basic Agreement, which do not explicitly state the SOC's intentions and the laws of Montenegro, or such intentions of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Krivokapić-Abazović's version are allegedly relativized.

I quote a Russian agency:

“Unnamed sources close to the Prime Minister (Krivokapic) claim that Abazovic and his legal team significantly changed the document. Specifically, there is no clause that says that no religious Orthodox building can be built in Montenegro without the consent of the appropriate hierarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church. That is how the schismatic structure of the country's government was given the green light. ”

As “Antena M” previously reported, Krivokapic's government – Vladimir Leposavic, the minister fired for genocide denial – issued “certificates” on June 10 on enrollment in the Unified Register of Religious Communities of the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights for Serbian-Montenegrin dioceses (Cetinje) and Budimlja-Nikšić (Berane), which contain FALSIFIKATE: that they were founded in 1220.

We have announced that identical COUNTERFEITS will be found in the preamble of the Basic Agreement. These forged “christenings” of Krivokapic's government should be the “chronological” basis for the ROBBERY GOAL of the Basic Agreement: for the Republic of Serbia, through its Church, to become the cadastral owner of all Montenegrin churches and monasteries – state property of Montenegro, ruled until 1918. by the autocephalous Church of Montenegro.

IT DOES NOT EXIST, no one has ever seen or published – any founding act of the Church of Serbia from 1220, or from approximately that year, or century, or from that epoch; of course, neither its dioceses in Montenegro, before 1931 and 2001.

Although in the fall of 2019, on the occasion of the alleged “800 years of autocephaly”, the then Patriarch of Serbia awarded Aleksandar Vučić the highest church order, even then no document was shown that would confirm that the self-governing jurisdiction headed by Saint Sava the Serbian (Rastko Nemanjić) ever it received a tomos on autocephaly from the Ecumenical Mother Church, or included it in her sacred diptychs as autocephalous.

Saint Sava was the archbishop of the Ecumenical Patriarchate – his consecration by the Ecumenical Patriarch in Nicaea, it is unknown exactly what year, is not the same as giving autocephaly, which medieval Serbia never had.

When Tsar Dušan Nemanjić illegally proclaimed “autocephaly” in Skopje in 1346, announcing a separate “patriarchy”, the Ecumenical Patriarch placed a CURSE on the Serbs.

Later, after the defeat in the Battle of Marica, the Serbs accepted their scandal, repented and returned to the self-governing status of the Archbishopric of Žička / Peć. And it was abolished twice by the Ecumenical Mother Church – the first time in 1459, and forever in 1766.

The website of the Ecumenical Mother Church clearly states that Serbian autocephaly dates back to the end of the 19th century:

“The Synodal Tomos, issued in 1831, granted the Serbian Church internal autonomy from the Ecumenical Patriarchate. In 1879, with the Synodal Tomos, the Ecumenical Patriarch Joachim III declared the Church in Serbia independent and autocephalous, and in 1920 it was proclaimed a patriarchate”.

The following facts are available and verifiable to everyone:

1) The Serbian Orthodox Church, entitled: Autocephalous United Serbian Orthodox Church of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, WAS ESTABLISHED in 1920

2) TOMOS on autocephaly was given to the United Serbian Orthodox Church of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1922, and in that Tomos, it is also verifiable, it is not written that the Archbishopric of Peja (“patriarchate”) was renewed, permanently abolished by the Ecumenical Mother Church in 1766.

3) The Autocephalous United Serbian Orthodox Church of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes got its current name (SOC) in 1929, but that name is irrelevant for the Ecumenical Mother Church, it is called: Church of Serbia or Church in Serbia – Εκκλησία της Σερβίας

4) The Diocese of Montenegro and the Littoral was ESTABLISHED on the basis of the first Constitution of the Serbian Orthodox Church adopted in 1931, which was prescribed and signed by Aleksandar Karađorđević.

5) by the decision of the Assembly of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Diocese of Budimlja-Niksic was ESTABLISHED in 2001.

Neither the legal system of the Republic of Serbia recognizes any establishment of the Church of Serbia or its dioceses in Montenegro in 1219 or 1220, nor the consequent “historical continuity”. In the valid art. 11 st. 1 of the Law on Churches and Religious Communities of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 36/2006) reads: May 1836) and the Law on the Serbian Orthodox Church (‘Official Gazette of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia’, No. 269/1929)”.

On the other hand, no later than 1855, the Holy Church of Montenegro, founded by a verifiable FOUNDING ACT of Ivan Crnojević, two archbishops and the Orthodox clergy of January 4, 1485, was included in the NOMOCANONAL HOLY DIPTYCH of the Ecumenical Mother Church as the ninth autocephalous church by name:

– Αυτοκέφαλος Μητρόπολις Μαυροβουνίου (Autocephalous Metropolitanate of Montenegro).

LITURGY AND CATHEDRALLY, the Montenegrin Church is recognized as autocephalous by ALL the local Orthodox churches of that time.

Under the occupying violence of Serbia, our Holy Autocephalous Church was abolished uncanonically in 1918-1920, and its three dioceses and consistories – Cetinje, Nikšić and Peć – were abolished in 1931.
