SERBIAN MEDIA They invented claims that Serbs were declared genocidal, accusing Krivokapić of treason

In the multitude of misinformation and false news published by the Belgrade tabloids, the same regularity stands out - that the Resolution declared the Serbian people genocidal, that the whole nation is stamped, and that the voters who voted for the new government were deceived.

The resolution on the genocide of Srebrenica, which was adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro the day before yesterday, launched a disinformation campaign of Belgrade tabloids which stated in their publications false claims and spins that the adopted act calls the Serbian people genocidal and blames official Belgrade for the horrific crime of 1995.

In the multitude of misinformation and false news published by the Belgrade tabloids, the same regularity stands out – that the Resolution declared the Serbian people genocidal, that the whole nation is stamped, and that the voters who voted for the new government were deceived.

That is how “Objektiv” and “Informer” published texts with horrible headlines: “SHAME! First, they declared us GENOCIDE people, so they called us to SAVE their summer season” and “THEY ARE WORSE THAN THE USTASH! Djukanovic, Krivokapic and Becic accused Serbs and Serbia of genocide.”

– Thus, a new old coalition – DPS, Democrats, URA, Bosniak Party, SDP and SD, which was sponsored by Krivokapić, was gathered at the small door, on a document that re-stamps the entire Serbian people, violating the vow given to Metropolitan Amfilohije once again betraying the hopes of the Serbian people in Montenegro, whose votes won the seats – it is stated in the text published by the tabloid “Alo” with the title “BLOW ON THE SERBS – What Great Britain failed to do, Krivokapic, Becic and DPS did“.

What is written in the resolution of the Montenegrin parliament

The same claims that the Resolution declares Serbia and the Serbian people genocidal were announced yesterday by one of the leaders of the Democratic Front, Milan Knezevic.

– Parts of the parliamentary majority – Democratic Montenegro and Dritan Abazović`s URA, together with the DPS, voted for the Resolution on Srebrenica in which Serbia and the Serbian people are declared genocidal. This is contrary to the principles on which we based our election program and on which we won 133,275 votes, thanks to which we defeated Milo Đukanović. It is incomprehensible and schizophrenic that nine months after the elections, DPS deputies, Democrat and URA deputies vote for something that is directed against the Serbian people, not only in Serbia, but wherever they live – Knezevic said for Gradski radio yesterday.

However, such claims, to put it mildly, have no basis in facts. There is no assessment in the adopted document that the Serbian people are genocidal and that official Serbia is responsible for the genocide.

The resolution, on the other hand, condemns attempts to attribute responsibility or guilt to Serb, Bosniak, Croat or any other people for genocide, crimes against humanity or other crimes, because responsibility can only be individual, and no nation can be labeled genocidal or criminal.

Knezevic's claim that the Resolution clearly shows that every citizen of Montenegro will be held accountable if he denies genocide is also untrue. Such an article does not exist, but the competent institutions are called upon to conduct investigations and prosecutions of those accused of genocide in Srebrenica, war crimes and crimes against humanity. The resolution even condemns all crimes committed in the wars in the former Yugoslavia.

Article eight states that all crimes committed in the wars in the former Yugoslavia are strongly condemned, and expresses sympathy for all victims and their families, and emphasizes the importance of achieving justice and long-term support for survivors, and calls for reconciliation in the region.

What is written in the declaration of the Assembly of Serbia

Apart from numerous false news and spins about the Montenegrin Resolution on Srebrenica, no information could be found in the Serbian media and statements of their officials that their parliament also adopted the Declaration condemning the crimes in Srebrenica in 2010, at a time when Ratko Mladic, now a convicted criminal, he was not even arrested.

– The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia strongly condemns the crime committed against the Bosniak population in Srebrenica in July 1995, in the manner determined by the verdict of the International Court of Justice, as well as all social and political processes and phenomena that led to awareness that achieving one's own national goals using armed force and physical violence against members of other nations and religions, expressing condolences and apologies to the families of the victims for not doing everything possible to prevent this tragedy.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia provides full support to the work of state bodies in charge of processing war crimes and successfully ending cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, in which the discovery and arrest of Ratko Mladic for trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Declaration of the Assembly of Serbia.

Yesterday, the president of the Movement of Free Citizens of Serbia, Pavle Grbović, condemned the attacks on Montenegro, recalling the statement of the member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, who admitted 13 years ago that genocide took place in Srebrenica, but later denied it.

– The resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro comes 13 years after the recognition of the genocide by Dodik and 11 years after the adoption of the same document by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. The declaration that was adopted in 2010 is still valid today.

Just so you know how hypocritical those who are attacking Montenegro today are. What I am saying is not my opinion, but the facts supported by evidence – Grbović wrote on his Facebook profile.

Vučić: We did not expect this from those who were always closest to us

Yesterday, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, sent a “message to the Serbian people in Montenegro”, after the vote on the Resolution on Srebrenica and the dismissal of Minister Leposavić, in which he does not hide his disappointment over the vote in the Parliament of Montenegro.

– Respected citizens of Serbia and Serbian peoples. In the previous days and Sundays we were exposed to great pressures. We expected them from all those who participated in the attempt to create the so-called independent Kosovo and from all those who do not find it easy that Serbia is progressing the fastest in its history. We expected them from all those who would like to weaken Serbia for that very reason – but we did not expect them from those who were always closest to us – said Vučić.

Vučić said that in the coming days, Serbia would “analyze all the decisions of the Montenegrin parliament”, but he also emphasized that “we will not make hasty decisions”.

Vladimir Đukanović: To ban everyone who voted for the Resolution from entering Serbia

Serbian Progressive Party MP Vladimir Djukanovic said that “every Montenegrin MP, as well as every member of the Montenegrin government, including Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic, who voted for the resolution on Srebrenica, should be declared undesirable persons in Serbia.”

Also, he adds, a protest note should be sent to the Embassy of Montenegro due to the scandalous declaration that was voted in the Parliament of Montenegro.

Vulin: Whoever voted for the Resolution should be banned from entering Serbia

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Aleksandar Vulin, stated that he would demand that all deputies who voted for the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica be banned from entering Serbia.

– President Vučić is not a man who forbids, but I will ask him to ban those who voted for the Resolution from entering Serbia. Let them see their families, well distributed in Belgrade, in Montenegro – Vulin wrote in a statement.

According to him, those who voted in favor of the resolution on Srebrenica in the Montenegrin parliament “dropped out of the Serbs”.

– Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić disappointed Serbs for the last time, after this embarrassment, nothing from him can disappoint us anymore – said Vulin.

Canak: Vulin is a lie in himself

Čanak

The League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Nenad Čanak, strongly condemns the request of the Minister of Internal Affairs in the Government of Serbia, Aleksandar Vulin, to ban the deputies of the Parliament of Montenegro, who voted for the Resolution on Srebrenica, from entering Serbia.

– From Aleksandar Vulin, spokesperson for JUL and Mirjana Markovic, we are used to everything and everything. It is clear that he is a fake patriot, but also a fake paratrooper, a fake soldier, a fake policeman, a fake leftist. Vulin is a lie in itself! He treats his personal complexes by wearing camouflage uniforms and lighting nationalist fires, according to Nenad Canak's party.

Vulin, as they point out, is doing that in the entire region.

One day it is Croatia, the next day Bosnia and Herzegovina, and today it is Montenegro's turn. The false patriot Vulin accuses the members of the Montenegrin Parliament only because they respected the verdicts of the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, it is stated in the announcement of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina.
