One of the leaders of the Democratic Front, Andrija Mandic, told RTS that the current parliamentary majority in Montenegro no longer exists and that it is necessary to reset relations to the situation before August 31 because, according to him, Krivokapic, Becic and Abazovic are making agreements with the defeated DPS of Milo Đukanović.
A new storm on the Montenegrin political scene was initiated by the vote in the Assembly on the Resolution on Srebrenica.
55 deputies voted for the resolution condemning the genocide in Srebrenica, 19 were against, seven abstained. Deputies from Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic, Djukanovic's DPS, parliamentarians from Dritan Abazovic's party and Aleksa Becic's party voted for the resolution.
“Voting for the Resolution on Srebrenica, which was not voted by the BiH Parliament either, is to the detriment of the Serbian people and the Republika Srpska. The deputies of the Democratic Front left the parliament and now, in addition to the crisis of the Government, we also have the crisis of the Parliament. “We called on coalition partners to reset relations, to make new agreements, to form a new government, but if we cannot do that, then we will organize new elections with the help of the transitional government,” Andrija Mandic emphasized for RTS.
According to him, Zdravko Krivokapić has not had the support of the Democratic Front for a long time and they are demanding his removal.
“After Krivokapic gave up signing a fundamental agreement with the Serbian Orthodox Church, new agreements are necessary. “I am in favor of a new government and that Krivokapic should not be the prime minister, but that people who are behind the removal of the DPS and who stood up to protect the interests of the Serbian people should be elected,” said Andrija Mandic.
