The director of the PE Marine Estate, Mladen Mikijelj, is persecuting all those who did not vote for him and his cousin – mentor (Marko) Carevic, the DPS Budva announced.
As they pointed out, the whole of Budva and the whole of Montenegro know that.
“Both current and former workers know. Their families also know what kind of persecution you are carrying out. They know how to send them home by mutual agreement and leave them without a job. This is done personally by you and your stronger Andrej Purić, who “convinces” his former colleagues and checks their moral-political and human qualities along the way. You are carrying out unprecedented mobbing towards workers who are employed according to the laws of this state, and you are taking revenge on people who have higher education, who are professional and have many years of experience. Employees who obtained diplomas at renowned European universities, but did not buy them in the region,” they say in a statement.
The DPS Budva estimates that Mikijelj is motivated by political revenge because, as they say, he did not find the support of those workers.
“You do that to director Michael every day. You only deal with that, motivated by revenge because most of those workers do not support you. Neither your policy, nor you personally. You hire your political comrades without competition, both in terms of breadth and depth. They know that from Ulcinj to Herceg Novi. Answer if you may: how many have you hired your party comrades since March? Do you miss a chair in the company? By what law did you receive them? How many work contracts do you have? Answer how you cheated the Labor Law. Don't just say that the people you are hiring now are experts,” they concluded in a statement.
