The theocratic-treacherous government led by Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapic has shown for the past more than half a year what political anarchism in practice looks like as a result of ignorance and subversive activities.
After the recent session of the Assembly, at which the Resolution on Srebrenica was voted and the minister who denied genocide, Vladimir Leposavic, was removed, the government only formally exists, and in fact it fell because it does not have the support of the majority of government constituents.
The Democratic Front has been in an open political war with Krivokapic's government and its clients from the para-media sector for a long time. The leader of the Movement for Change (PzP) and DF official Nebojsa Medojevic, who recently even said that he should “overthrow the government and prevent an international criminal group from secretly indebting the country,” is making particularly serious accusations against Prime Minister and Finance Minister Milojko Spajic.
Many attributed Medojević's claims to his tendency to exaggerate and sensationalize the situation in certain areas of socio-political activity in certain segments of his public appearances.
Spajic preparing high treason?
However, the accusations of the leader of the Movement for Changes are not far from the truth, because Minister Spajić, as Aktuelno finds out, was preparing a secret indebtedness of Montenegro of 900 million, and in that subversive business he would be mediated by none other than Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić!
The session of the Assembly, which voted on the budget, the Resolution in Srebrenica and the dismissal of Leposavic, was delayed by more than three hours, and as we find out, the reason is Minister Spajic's fierce dissatisfaction that the DF did not support the amendment to the Budget Law.
“Spajić was revolted, as well as the Prime Minister and all government officials who agreed on this suspicious deal. The Minister was severely disappointed when this amendment did not pass him,” said our sources from several political parties that attended the session of the Committee held last Thursday.
As several interlocutors close to the Democratic Front informed us, Spajić was so desperate in his desire for this amendment to be adopted, that he admitted an act of high treason in the parliamentary restaurant!
“In the restaurant of the Assembly, Spajić said in a conversation with several deputies of the Democratic Front that they ‘do not spoil his credit arrangement’ because, as he said, he agreed with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić,” confirmed several sources from the DF to Aktuleno.
The names of the DF deputies with whom Spajić spoke are known to the Editorial Board of Aktuelno, and we will announce them in case the competent institutions initiate proceedings against Spajić for the act of high treason, which in this case would need to be seriously considered as an option.
As we find out, despite the opposition of the DF and the non-adoption of the amendments to the Budget, Spajić did not give up lobbying for this arrangement that would push Montenegro into debt slavery.
Arrangement with Vučić for the debt slavery of Montenegro
The interlocutors of Aktuelno could not specify exactly what Spajić meant by the “agreement with Vučić”.
“It is clear that Serbia would not lend 900 million to Montenegro because it does not have that money, but it is not excluded that Vučić mediated to reach an agreement on a credit arrangement and who will push Montenegro into debt slavery. Maybe then Vučić would appear as the savior of Montenegro. If that is the case, then here we have an open act of high treason and a case that the Prosecutor's Office must investigate,” said our sources.
After the DF said it would not support it, Spajic withdrew an amendment to the budget submitted to the parliament by the finance ministry, which provided for the rescheduling of inherited loans and a new 900m-euro loan.
The question that also arises is whether Spajić did this on his own or coordinated the high treason action with Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić.
Medojevic “broke in” Spajic
The leader of the Movement for Changes, Nebojsa Medojevic, has been making serious accusations against the Government for days, and Spajic and Prime Minister Krivokapic are especially targeted by his accusations.
He recently accused the government of links to an international organized crime group and said that instead of a serious proposal for a decision to reschedule a debt of almost a billion euros and a detailed explanation of the transaction, with measurable parameters, Minister Mickey asked the Assembly to ‘take his word’ because “Unseen.”
Medojevic, perhaps for the reasons we mentioned above, pointed out that “ignorant people, thieves, financial speculators and traitors run the country.”
Let us remind you, the Government has not been elected in the Assembly yet, and until then an anonymous citizen, Milojko Spajić, with knowledge and coordination with Zdravko Krivokapić, without a decision of the Government and the Assembly, indebted the citizens of Montenegro for 750 million euros.
Medojevic recently announced that it was already clear then that the Krivokapic-Spajic duo would be a serious threat to vital national interests and that they were ready to destroy the entire public finance system and ignore all constitutional, legal, institutional restrictions and control mechanisms.
