On the occasion of marking the Birth of the Most Holy Mother of God (Little Lady), yesterday in the church of St. Ivan Crnojević in Cetinje, the clergy of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church served the holy liturgy.
The Holy Hierarch's Liturgy was served by the Most Reverend Bishop Boris with the clergy.
At the end of the liturgy, Bishop Boris addressed the gathered faithful, saying the following:
“This holiday is a holiday of the city of Cetinje. This is the day when our Cetinje Monastery celebrates this holiday and offers its prayers to God and the Mother of God. I hope that soon we will all be together in the Cetinje Monastery and be able to offer our prayers to the Most Holy Mother of God, the Lord God our Christ and St. Peter of Cetinje and all those who guarded our Cetinje Monastery and our Montenegro. May this today's holiday give us all spiritual strength, to always do good, to consider all people as our neighbors and to take care of our salvation”, said the Bishop of the CPC.
